What is the Virtual Walk?
This year, due to current circumstances, we had to revise the dynamics of our event. As we wanted to maintain the Walk and continue to honor the men diagnosed with prostate cancer and our ambassador emeritus, Jean-Pagé, we have decided to transform our event into a VIRTUAL walk.
On Sunday, June 21, from your living room, take up the challenge and show your support by participating in the largest virtual gathering against prostate cancer. No distance target is required, you can walk as much as you want. A simple registration in the amount of $12 allows you to offer patients a consultation on our online chat with our health expert!
What is the challenge?
The challenge is simple: register on our website, invite your friends and family to participate with you and join us Sunday June 21 on Father’s Day with your running shoes and your cell phone!
Join us by videoconference (on Zoom), from 11 a.m. (local time), and accompany our honorary president, Isabelle Pagé and many of our ambassadors on a virtual walk to celebrate the men of our lives while following the government distanciation measures.
You are unable to join us? No problem! Complete this challenge anytime, anywhere; just let us know and we will share your accomplishments with the rest of this wonderful community.
Don’t hesitate to share pictures and/or videos on your social media using the #mdcjeanpagé and the @procureqc tag of the challenge you’ve given yourself while wearing the PROCURE colors.
Is it possible to walk a day other than June 21st?
Yes. We want to give everyone the opportunity to participate in the challenge at their own pace and whenever it is the most convenient. Let us know when you intend on participating, we would love to see what you’ll be doing. Simply tag us @procureqc and add the hashtag #mdcjeanpagé.
Is sharing the event to friends and family part of the Challenge?
